If we discover an erroneous price after checkout, Powerstep will contact you to confirm order details or discuss cancelling the order without penalty to either party.
Shipping and Delivery
Powerstep will arrange for standard ground shipping on all orders through major carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Transit times vary based on warehouse location and destination. See our Shipping Policy for full details, service options, and delivery estimates.
We may ship partial orders if certain items in your cart are delayed. If partial shipments are unacceptable, please contact us to discuss order options.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with carrier details and tracking information when your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to initialize within the carrier’s system.
Powerstep is not liable for lost shipments unless initiated within 30 days of purchase and substantiated by signed proof of non-delivery from the carrier.
Sales Tax
If you purchase items on powerstepinsole.com and have them shipped to addresses within the state of Ohio, you will be charged applicable state and local sales tax for your area. Your total will reflect these tax charges during checkout.
For shipments to any other state, you will not be charged sales tax. You may still be responsible for use tax in your state – please consult your local laws.

Powerstep offers the option to setup automatic recurring deliveries when you purchase certain products like our subscription packages.
You control the timing and frequency of automatic reorders. By signing up for automatic reorder, you authorize regularly recurring charges to your chosen payment method each time a new shipment is due.
You can view, modify, or cancel scheduled automatic reorders at any time through your online account dashboard or by contacting customer service. Changes must be submitted at least 3 business days before the next shipment date.
If a automatic reorder cannot be successfully processed and fulfilled for any reason, Powerstep will attempt to contact you to request updated payment details or discuss order options.
Discount Codes and Promotions
Powerstep periodically offers coupon codes, discounts, and other promotions that may provide percentage or dollar-amount discounts or free gifts/incentives. These codes are valid for single-time use only unless specified as ongoing.
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed nor combined with other coupon codes unless expressly permitted under promotion terms. Cash redemption for discounts is not available under any circumstances. Offers are subject to availability and Powerstep reserves right to modify, restrict, or terminate discounts or promotions at any time.

Product Suitability and Medical Disclaimer
Powerstep products are intended to improve foot comfort, support, and alignment inside various types of shoes. Our insoles and orthotics must be properly fitted into appropriate footwear to work as designed.
Powerstep products are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Powerstep recommends customers consult their personal physician before using any insole or orthotic product to ensure safety and appropriateness for the individual’s needs and sensitivities.
It is the customer’s responsibility to determine whether a Powerstep product is suitable for the intended user and purpose. Proper sizing and shoe fit is critical. Powerstep is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from improper product selection, fitting, wear, or use.
Product Warranties
Powerstep designs and constructs its products to high standards and warrants its insoles to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product under normal wear and use.
Powerstep will replace at no charge any product with material or manufacturing flaws as covered under warranty terms and conditions. See our standard product warranties for complete details and limitations.
The warranty only covers product defects and does not include ordinary wear and tear, improper use, or improper fit and sizing. Powerstep is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to product selection, purchase, or use.
Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with any Powerstep purchase, you may return eligible new and unused products in original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any original shipping fees.

User Submissions
